Black Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 oz. butter
- A little vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a shallow pan until it becomes a golden brown.
- Add the vinegar and seasonings, stirring well, but DO NOT allow the mix to boil.
- Serve by pouring over a dish such as grilled fish, French beans or mushrooms.
