Caper Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ pint of basic white sauce
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar from the bottle the capers were in.
Instructions
- Make basic white sauce, and while still hot…
- Finely chop the capers.
- Add the capers to the white sauce
- Remove from the heat and slowly add the vinegar whilst stirring constantly.
- Serve.
