Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- ⅓ pint water
- 4 oz. brown sugar
- 1 lb cranberries
Instructions
- Wash and clean the berries, making sure there are no bits of stalk or plant with them.
- Place the water and berries in a saucepan and cook until the berries become a pulp. Stir regularly to prevent the berries burning on the bottom of the pan.
- Add the sugar and stir well until it is all dissolved.
- Whisk well with a metal or electric whisk.
- Serve hot or cold with meat dishes such as turkey, chicken or pork.
