Apple Sauce

Apple Sauce
  • 1 lb of apples
  • 1 oz. butter
  • 1 table spoon of brown sugar
  • ½ gill of water
  1. Peel and core the apples
  2. Cut apples into thin slices
  3. Put apples, water and sugar in a saucepan and cook until they form a soft pulp.
  4. Add the butter and beat well
