Anchovy Butter

Ingredients
- 2 oz. butter
- Lemon juice
- Desert spoon of anchovy essence or paste.
Instructions
- Warm the butter until it is soft and resembles very think cream.
- Beat in the anchovy essence / paste until it is evenly mixed.
- A drop of lemon juice adds a pleasant tang to the butter, but is optional.
