Anchovy Butter

Anchovy Butter
Difficulty: Easy
  • 2 oz. butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Desert spoon of anchovy essence or paste.
  1. Warm the butter until it is soft and resembles very think cream.
  2. Beat in the anchovy essence / paste until it is evenly mixed.
  3. A drop of lemon juice adds a pleasant tang to the butter, but is optional.
