Anchovy Sauce

Anchovy Sauce

Ingredients
  • ½ pint of basic white sauce (see White Sauce)
  • Anchovy essence or paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Make half a pint of basic white sauce, without the seasoning.
  2. Simply add the salt, pepper and anchovy essence/paste to taste.
