Black Butter Sauce

Black Butter Sauce
Difficulty: Easy
  • 2 oz. butter
  • A little vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Melt the butter in a shallow pan until it becomes a golden brown.
  2. Add the vinegar and seasonings, stirring well, but DO NOT allow the mix to boil.
  3. Serve by pouring over a dish such as grilled fish, French beans or mushrooms.
