Caper Sauce

Caper Sauce
Difficulty: Easy
  • ½ pint of basic white sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar from the bottle the capers were in.
  1. Make basic white sauce, and while still hot…
  2. Finely chop the capers.
  3. Add the capers to the white sauce
  4. Remove from the heat and slowly add the vinegar whilst stirring constantly.
  5. Serve.
