Cheese Sauce

Cheese Sauce
Difficulty: Easy
  • ½ pint of white sauce
  • A little butter
  • 2 tablespoons of grated strong cheese (Cheddar or Parmesan)
  • Mustard - to taste
  1. Make a thin white sauce (see White Sauce)
  2. Stir in the butter, grated cheese and mustard.
  3. Keep stirring until the cheese is fully dissolved.
  4. Serve
