Egg Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ pint of white sauce (see White Sauce)
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Heat the white sauce.
- Either chop the eggs finely or force them through a coarse sieve.
- Add the egg and a little salt and pepper to the sauce.
- Stir well.
- Serve.
