Egg Sauce

Egg Sauce
Difficulty: Easy
  • ½ pint of white sauce (see White Sauce)
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Heat the white sauce.
  2. Either chop the eggs finely or force them through a coarse sieve.
  3. Add the egg and a little salt and pepper to the sauce.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Serve.
