Lemon Sauce 02

- ½ pint of white sauce
- 1 lemon
- Make a basic white sauce - complete with seasoning (see White Sauce)
- Peel the lemon, remove pith and pips, and cut the remainder into very small pieces.
- While the white sauce is still warm, add the lemon pieces with a little grated lemon rind.
- Re heat the sauce, but do not allow it to boil.
