Lemon Sauce 02
Difficulty: Easy
  • ½ pint of white sauce
  • 1 lemon
  1. Make a basic white sauce - complete with seasoning (see White Sauce)
  2. Peel the lemon, remove pith and pips, and cut the remainder into very small pieces.
  3. While the white sauce is still warm, add the lemon pieces with a little grated lemon rind.
  4. Re heat the sauce, but do not allow it to boil.
  5. Serve.
