Mint Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of chopped mint
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
- A little boiling water
- 1 gill of vinegar
Instructions
- Using a sauce boat, add the mint and sugar.
- Pour the boiling water over the mint and sugar, adding barely enough to cover the ingredients.
- Leave to cool.
- When cold, add the vinegar, or a mix of vinegar and lemon juice.
- Serve
