Mint Sauce

Mint Sauce
Difficulty: Easy
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped mint
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • A little boiling water
  • 1 gill of vinegar
  1. Using a sauce boat, add the mint and sugar.
  2. Pour the boiling water over the mint and sugar, adding barely enough to cover the ingredients.
  3. Leave to cool.
  4. When cold, add the vinegar, or a mix of vinegar and lemon juice.
  5. Serve
